Services & fees

The process starts with an initial design consultation where ideas and concepts will be discussed in order for me to start the 'Design Boards'.

At the next meeting I will supply the 'Design Package' which will incorporate a 'Design Board' and Report.
The 'Design Boards' enable your tradesmen to implement the design solutions easily and without costly errors. I can also provide details of recommended tradesmen if required which will be listed within the 'Design Report'.

The 'Design Boards' will encorporate samples for carpets, wall coverings, tiles and paint swatches etc. They will tell you everything you need to know for the decoration of a room; from what shade of paint to buy to where to source the kitchen units and give you an overall feel for the style and concept of the final room.

The 'Design Report' contains details of costs, suppliers, tradesmen and materials that will provide you with a comprehensive guide for the decoration, renovation and transformation of your project.

Project Management – If you need someone to Project Manage the whole development, I can dedicate time each day to oversee and manage the project, keeping you updated with any developments that occur. This includes managing the budget and timeline of the development.

Fees

My fees vary greatly on the project and my required level of involvement within the project.

As a basic example, my initial consultation rate is £95.
An average cost for the consultation and 'Design Package' starts from around £500.
